Place Your Order

Submit Your Brief and Pay Your Deposit

Fill out your order details directly on the package page, bag size, quantity, finish, and SKU information. Share your logo, brand references, and any design direction. Or tell us you are starting from scratch and we take it from there.

Once submitted, you pay a 50% deposit to get your order started. The remaining 50% is due after production is complete, before your bags ship.

Approve Your Design

Your custom design draft lands in your inbox within 2 business days. You get a photorealistic 3D mockup showing front, back, and side panels, not a flat Illustrator file. Review it, request any changes, and approve when you love it.

Once you approve, we go straight to print. No delays, no extra steps.

Production and Delivery

Production averages 7 business days from artwork approval. Before your bags leave the factory, we send you a photo and video of the finished, printed bags in real light. If anything looks off, we catch it before it ships.

Once production is complete, we send your remaining balance invoice. Pay and your bags ship free worldwide via DHL or FedEx, 3 to 5 business days to your door.

What is your minimum order quantity?+
Our minimum order is 300 pieces across all bag sizes, from the Mini 4"x5" all the way up to the XL 8"x12". No exceptions, no higher minimums for smaller bags.
How long does the whole process take?+
Production averages 7 business days from artwork approval, plus 3 to 5 days free worldwide shipping. Total turnaround from order placement to bags at your door is approximately 15 business days.
How does the deposit and payment work?+
You pay a 50% deposit when you place your order to get production started. The remaining 50% is invoiced after production is complete, before your bags ship. Both payments are processed securely by credit card through Shopify Payments.
Do you help with bag design?+
Yes, design is included with every print order. If you have artwork, we prep it for print. If you are starting from scratch, our design team builds your bag artwork from your logo, colors, and product details. You get your first draft within 2 business days, plus a designer reaches out within 1 business day to align on direction.
What if I already have print-ready artwork?+
Choose our Print Only option. Send us your files, we'll have a 3D proof back to you within 1 business day, and go straight to production once you approve. Same turnaround, no design fee.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, and it is free. We ship worldwide at no charge on every order. Most customers are in the US and Canada, but we regularly ship to the UK, Australia, and beyond. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days from production completion via DHL or FedEx.
What bag sizes do you offer?+
We offer four standard sizes: 4"x5" Mini (0.5 to 1oz), 5"x7" Standard (1 to 2oz), 6"x9" Large (2 to 4oz), and 8"x12" XL (4 to 8oz). All bags are 4-layer high-barrier mylar with a resealable zipper and tear notch standard. Custom dielines are also available.
Do I get to see my bags before they ship?+
Yes. Before your bags leave the factory, we send a photo and video of the finished, printed bags in real light. If anything looks off, we catch it before it gets on a plane. This is standard on every order.
